3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments must be completed at checkout.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged (see All Sales Final Policy).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Maliyah Nicole’s Boutique orders are shipped within 24 hours.

  • Maliyah Nicole & Co. orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has accepted them.

5. All Sales Final

  • At Maliyah Nicole & Co. and Maliyah Nicole’s Boutique, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, images, and content on our website and social platforms are the property of Maliyah Nicole & Co. and Maliyah Nicole’s Boutique.
